VIP & Customer Loyalty Program

Want to learn how to become a Customer Loyalty, VIP or Gold VIP card holder and what the benefits are?  You have come to the right place.

Joining our 3 level (1-Customer Loyalty, 2- VIP, 3-Gold VIP) member program is easy. We designed this program to reward our most loyal patrons and to make if more affordable for you to continue receiving the great benefits that massage therapy can provide.  Research tells us and we have learned first hand that the more often you use our services (within reason of course) the better you will feel. We have also learned that when you maintain a certain visit frequency (generally monthly), the easier it is for us to help keep you physically on track with where you want to be. 

We realize these are stress filled, difficult economic times and we are all in it together. Our solution is to reward you for your loyalty by reducing your per session cost based on the frequency of your visits. This puts the control in your hands.  You know your budget and you know what your body needs.   This is our way of showing our continued support to our most loyal patrons and to your health goals as you show your continued support to us and our health centered practice.  We call that a win-win situation.

Here's how it works:

Level 1 -  Customer Loyalty

When you visit us for the very first time we will give you a special incentive coupon to come back for a return visit.  When you use that coupon on a return visit, we will automatically enroll you in our Customer Loyalty program.  It's just that simple.   You will receive a Customer Loyalty Card to help track your visits.  If you do not receive your card on your second visit make sure to ask for one.  Present your card every time you come in for service. This card will entitle you to various benefits during the year including:

1) after each 5th visit if completed in a 12 month period, you will receive special pricing on any 60/90 minute service of your choice.

2) you will receive a $15 off coupon for use on any 60/90 minute service during your birthday month.

3) you will receive periodic email specials available only to Customer Loyalty, VIP and Gold VIP email subscribing  members.

Level 2 -  VIP

As a Customer Loyalty member once you complete six (6) visits or more within six months, (meaning you come on a monthly or more frequent basis for 6 consecutive months) you are enrolled in the VIP program.  We replace your Customer Loyalty card with a VIP card.  To track and receive your benefits present your card at every visit. The VIP card entitiles you to the following enhanced benefits:

1) reduced pricing ($10/$15 savings) on alternating visits for 60/90/120 minute services for the remainder of the year.  Over time this can result in great savings (up to $150), equalling over one free service per year.

2) $30 off ANY 60/90/120 minute service during your birthday month.

3) the best available savings on all monthly specials.

4) periodic email specials available only to Customer Loyalty, VIP and Gold VIP email subscribing members.

Membership reverts to Customer Loyalty if visit frequency drops below the monthly level for two consecutive months. 

Level 3 - Gold VIP

As a VIP member you can become a Gold VIP member in one of two ways:

A) After you have been a VIP for one year you can move to Gold VIP by purchasing three 60/90 or 120 minute sessions at regular price.  After using these services you will be invited to join the Gold VIP level and your VIP card will be replaced with a Gold VIP card.

B) ONLY During December if you are already a VIP member, even if for less than one year, you will have the opportunity to purchase three 60/90 or 120 minute sessions at regular price.  After using these services you will be invited to join the Gold VIP level and your VIP vsrd will be replaced with a Gold VIP card..

To track and receive your benefits present your card at every visit. Benefits of Gold VIP include:

1) reduced pricing ($7- $15 savings) on EVERY visit for 60/90/120 minute services for the year.  This results in tremendous savings equalling more than one free service per year.

2) $30 off ANY 60/90/120 minute service during your birthday month.

3) the best available savings on all monthly specials.

4) periodic email specials available only to Customer Loyalty, VIP and Gold VIP email subscribing members.

5) periodic, unannounced special add-on services will be provided by your therapist.  These are only offered to Gold VIP customers.  You simply have to be one to find out what they are.

Membership reverts to VIP if visit frequency drops below the monthly level for two consecutive months.
