Host a Massage Party!  Massage parties are the up and coming party idea for the cutting edge party planner.   With a massage party we come to you,  as we provide massage services for you and your group.  This is an ideal choice for groups of 5 or more people.

Richmond Massage Therapy LLC will come to your home or party location and provide the necessary supplies for a massage party. While one or two guests enjoy their massage you  entertain the rest of your guests as they wait for their turn. Massage party participants remain fully clothed for the duration of their massage (usually15 to 20 minutes in length).  Socks and shoes are removed of course if foot and leg massage is desired. 

Massage Parties are great for all occasions including, but not limited to:
  • Birthday Parties
  • Baby Showers
  • Girls Nights Out/In

  • Bachelorette Parties

  • Retirement & Going Away Parties

  • Holidays

  • Any reason to relax with good friends!

The massages may be table or chair massages and can include:

  • neck, shoulders, upper back, arms and hands or
  • scalp, head,  face,  feet and legs.
A massage chair can conveniently fit in areas too small to accommodate a table.  However, clients usually prefer a table to fully recline and relax.

Massage Parties are booked for a minimum of two (2) consecutive hours.

FEE (per massage therapist)
Base 2 Hours - $250 plus a travel fee as follows:

        - $35.00 for distances within 25 miles of our facility.
        - $50.00 for distances outside of 25 miles from our facility but still within our travel area
For parties the minimum time for each massage is generally 15 minutes. As an example, for 2 hours with one massage therapist, seven guests can receive one 15-minute massage (Allows 15 minutes for guest changeover).

2 - 4 Hours - Add $115 to Base 2 Hours (per therapist) for each additional hour (no partial hours)

4 or more hours - please call our office to arrange.

  • A $150 deposit fee  is required to schedule a date.  Dates are not reserved until a deposit is received.
  • 2 weeks prior to event date payment in full of the remaining balance is due.

Party fees DO NOT include gratuity which is the responsibility of the host/guests. Customary gratuity is 20-30% of service.  Please appreciate that our highly skilled professionals work diligently for you before, during and after your event  to ensure you have a pleasurable experience as they transport their healing arts directly to your doorsteps.

Cancellation policy: Once the deposit has been paid, for any cancellation  made up to 1 week prior to the party date and time,  a $50 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining balance refunded.  For cancellations between 1 week and 24 hours from party date and time,  50%  of  deposit fee will be charged and the remaining balance refunded.  For cancellations made  less than 24 hours  from the event  no refund will be made as our therapists have reserved this time exclusively for your party and may not be able fill that appointment time.   This policy ensures that we  respect the time and efforts of our highly skilled staff and realize that their time is a perishable commodity.

We do not discount our fees for party services.  Specials and promotions do NOT apply to party services.
