Additional Helpful Tips

  • Do not eat a heavy meal before your massage.   It is best not to eat anything 45 minutes prior to massage.
  • Do not drink a lot of fluid before massage.  It is best not to drink anything 45 minutes prior to massage.
  • If this is your  massage session with us,  please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary forms. Otherwise, arrive 5 minutes early so you can have a few minutes to rest and relax and share any pertinent information with your massage therapist before starting your massage.
